Eva Green at amfAR’s second annual Cinema Against AIDS event, held at the Galleria Borghese in Rome.
Eva met up with her old co-star Michael Pitt at the event, and wore a white lace overlay gown, which looked suspiciously like the one she worn in the Daily Mail editorial just earlier this month.
