Taylor Momsen out in New York last week to kick off Clinque and Teen Vogue Magazine’s National Fresh Faces Tour.The Gossip Girl star, and current Teen Vogue cover girl, was in a black and white Versace dress as she attended the event and paired it with her usual layered necklaces and Phi booties (available at net-a-poter.com).
The Fresh Faces Tour, ending on November 6th, will see a Mobile Beauty Studio providing girls with “the opportunity to experience makeup application and hair styling by a team of skilled artists as well as have their photo taken by a fashion photographer”.
At the end of the tour a panel of Clinique and Teen Vogue experts select three lucky winners, who will be flown to New York City for a professional photo shoot to be featured in Teen Vogue magazine. For more info on the tour check out Clinique's website.
