The gorgeous Elsa Pataky was at the presentation of her new film Didi Hollywood, in Madrid on October 14.Elsa donned a strapless red design from the DSquared F/W 2010 collection.
At first I thought she paired in with Louboutin heels but the red sole actually belongs to her fellow Spaniard Ursual Mascaro's Angelis heels.
