Miley Cyrus at her 16th birthday celebration in Disneyland.The Hannah Montana star's birthday isn't actually til November 23 but she's celebrating it now as she'll be too busy closer to the actual day.
She wore a shimmering Kaufman Franco dress and blue Brian Atwood heels to the event.
